Names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses will be secured and kept private. Unless requested, we will not give out or use your personal information for any purpose except to contact when requested.

When we work on your systems, we won't pry into your personal files, except when identifying content to backup. When back ups are created, your data will be stored in a secure location, until it can be restored to your computer. No duplication will be performed. We perform a full data destroying wipe on our secure backup location on a regular basis.

In our blogs and various writings within this site, we may describe your issues to illustrate a specific point. If we do this, we will take care not to devulge any information that could be used to identify you.
