By contacting the Certified PC Doctor, we will ask a few simple questions to determine the approach required to return the patient to good health. These options may include an over-the-phone do-it-yourself fix, remote assistance, or scheduling a House Call to visit the patient's home or office. A House Call allows the PC Dr. to physically examine the patient in its natural environment, where printers, cameras, |

| modems, and other environmental variables may be responsible for the patient's symptoms. If the patient can't be restored to good health in a reasonable amount of time (usually no more than an hour), the PC Dr. may recommend a Clinical Stay, at which point, the patient is taken to our clinic for further diagnostics and repairs. | ||
